I’ve decided to write a post each Wednesday as that day is the 12WBT weigh in day. That way I can update you all on how the 12WBT is going; if I have faced any challenges along the way and also to celebrate any successes. So – it’s week 3 and, well, quite simply today’s weigh in was a bit FAT GAIN! Week 1 I lost 800 grams and Week 2 I also lost 800 grams. I was feeling great! BOOM! Smashing my target clean out of the water. This week I gained 1.3kg. I am now only 300 grams less than where I started. I feel like I’ve failed. And to be honest, this is where I would normally give up. But I’m determined now too! This time I am going to use this feeling of disappointment to spur myself on! To prove to myself that I am better than that. So watch this space!
On a positive note however, I am putting together a lovely little folder of tasty, healthy recipes AND my confidence in the kitchen is growing! If I don’t get anything else out of this challenge, at least I’ll have that 🙂
