Progression of me

from eighty four to now…

A new direction

on October 26, 2014

Yes, I know I’m accustomed to trying to change the way I do things, but it’s all really a search to find what works for me! (And what I can stick too!)

I have recently been following along with a friends “100 days of happiness” images on instagram and it got me thinking of attempting writing my blog in a similar style.

Ultimately I would like to post a picture each day (but let’s face it, it may end up being every fews day) to give a bit of snap shot to my life and things which have happened that day to sum up the “progression of me” and my journey. They could be related to my studies, work, 30 things, something that made me smile, anything that I believe is a step in the right direction.

Here is my first picture. I have recently changed health insurance providers and my new one has a little online test you can do and then provides “programs” you can follow to assist on creating a healthier you! Love it 🙂
