Progression of me

from eighty four to now…

I thought this post was very relevant to the recent post of mine regarding making the most of the present! Some very good points in this….well said 🙂

Two-Minute Tune-Up

The fastest way to lose someone is to worry about losing them.

The guaranteed way to make time go by fast is to fear it will go by fast.

The surest way to look old is to worry about looking old.

Isn’t it true? If we worry about losing our hair, our health, or our job, we certainly will.

“If you want war, war is what you will get,” according to Eckhart Tolle.

“Loving what is,” according to Byron Katie, is the best thing we can do for everyone we care about.

“Start with accepting yourself, as is,”says Louise Hay.

Today’s peace formula:

Love everything you touch. Give it your blessing…not your fear.

Oh, how many precious things can be saved this way!
