from eighty four to now…

Mid week update

Well, this week has been harder than last week – all going well on the eating front, but the exercise front has taken a bit of a step back…I’m struggling a lot with tiredness at the moment.

I had a chat with my PT today who told me it would have to do with the change in my diet and that my body is now burning more of my stored body fat which would use more energy and to stick with it and it will get easier.  I hope so!!!  All I feel like doing at the moment is sleeping!!!  So, I’ve taken a step back with the exercise…I’m still doing something active each day, but not quite so much so as to exhaust myself further.  

I read a great quote the other day which I shared with my team today and would love to share with you all also.  I’m afraid I’m not sure who wrote it – if you do, let me know so I can credit it.
